2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

Diverse aromas of bing cherry, hoisin and gravel waft from the dark garnet colored glass.  This medium bodied wine exhibits muscular tannins and ripe raspberry in the mid-palate.  The balanced acidity carries a markedly savory finish evoking graphite, grilled mushrooms, and sage. It's a complex Cab that evolves beautifully as it opens up, so give it swirl and be patient.
