Our latest Rosé is pale pink and bone dry.  It offers energetic aromas of broken seashells, kiwi, and spring rain.  A refreshing palate includes notes of under-ripe raspberry, crushed rock, and key-lime.  Zesty acidity throughout, but with an interestingly round mid-palate that retains a crisp edge.  This rosé is best when served chilled, but not ice cold.  Tartrates may settle on the bottom.

40% Merlot, 30% Zinfandel, 30% Grenache, 

60% Direct to press, 40% saignee

Concrete fermented and concrete aged for 3 months
