Our 2012 Limestone Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon represents a new pinnacle in our search for the true expression of our estate vineyard. Bottled in August 2014, our Limestone Cab is still tightly wound around a dark cherry core. It is the darkest of all our wines in color and flavor profile, with blueberry, licorice and spicy tobacco notes. It is concentrated in body with ripe, dusty-fine tannins. A barrel sample of this wine was scored at 91-93 points by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate reviewer Jeb Dunnuck. This is a wine to enjoy now and collect for aging. Also available in 1.5 liter Magnums for $108, list price.

Wine Profile
The 2012 Limestone Reserve was rated 91-93 by Jeb Dunnuck of Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. He described the wine as follows "More ripe and textured than the straight Cabernet Release, the 2012 Limestone Reserve gives up loads of plum, licorice, cigar and dusty pebble in its ripe, sexy and voluptuous personality. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and balanced, with ripe tannin, it’s another outstanding looking barrel sample that should drink nicely on release and evolve for just under a decade."
