2018 Watershed

Savory aromatics evoke dried bay and rosemary. Herbal flavors are richly integrated with wild black elderberry fruit and palate smacking acidity. Complexity is highlighted by a bone dry structure of vivid tannins. This wine becomes more expressive the longer it is open, so decanting will pay dividends. Maybe our most age worthy wine yet (15+ years). Pair with a hearty risotto.

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot
Aged 18 months in twice used French oak.
