2021 Limestone Cabernet Sauvignon

Experience vibrant aromas of fennel seed, iris, jamon, and bay leaves in this taut, structured wine. Fresh flavors of pomegranate, blood orange, cayenne pepper and a hint of cedar are carried on a current of mineral energy. As with most years, the Limestone Cab is our most ageworthy wine from the 2021 vintage. Try pairing this with Tuscan-style porterhouse or cacio e pepe and a garden salad. 

Age 20 months in 35% new French oak.
